1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Helios Service Catalog platform, accessible at aseaninstitute.institute (the "Platform"), operated as an ASEAN-Cambodia strategic advisory service. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Platform, including registered users who execute advisory services through the Service Runner.

2. Description of Services

The Helios Service Catalog provides a curated collection of 300 strategic advisory services organized across 10 domain categories. These services are designed to deliver executive-grade decision intelligence for diplomatic missions, economic analysis, geopolitical foresight, and related strategic advisory needs.

Services are accessed through the Platform's Service Runner, which processes user-provided inputs to generate analytical outputs, intelligence briefs, and advisory reports. The Platform also provides supporting resources including a glossary, compliance frameworks, service comparison tools, and workflow templates.

3. User Accounts and Registration

Certain features of the Platform require user registration and authentication. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The Platform and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, graphics, service configurations, analytical frameworks, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by the Platform operators, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

The service configurations, analytical methodologies, and intelligence frameworks embedded within the 300 advisory services constitute proprietary intellectual property. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the outputs generated through the Service Runner for their own internal advisory and decision-making purposes only.

6. Service Outputs and Disclaimers

The advisory outputs generated by the Platform's services are intended to support decision-making processes and should not be considered as the sole basis for any critical decision. Users acknowledge and agree that:

• Service outputs are generated based on the inputs provided and the analytical frameworks configured within each service
• Outputs are advisory in nature and do not constitute professional legal, financial, diplomatic, or military advice
• The accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of outputs depend on the quality and accuracy of user-provided inputs

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Platform operators, their affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Platform.
